How does it work?

Pearly teeth whitening is a one-visit whitening system, usually effective in two or three 15 minute treatments.  Whitening gel is applied to your teeth and then activated by being bombarded with blue LED light - restoring your teeth to their natural whiteness.  The treatment is safe and does not damage the enamel layer or any existing fillings.

Is it worth it?

In just over an hour, pearly teeth whitening will lighten your teeth by an average of eight to ten shades, although results will vary according to your starting shade and teeth.  With maintenance, results should last for one to two years.  This compares with an average of six shades from 66 hours of often messy at-home teeth whitening trays, and four shades from a 7 - 30 days of home whitening strips.  A month of brushing with whitening toothpaste lightens teeth by 1 -2 shades, but this benefit is lost if you stop using the toothpaste.
